After several interviews in Japan, specialist Shigeki Hirohana agreed to give an interview to our American publication. What does he dislike about American medicine? And why does he say that Americans suffering from joint pain will never recover?

Speaking with Japanese journalists, he said that what he saw in the United States impressed him greatly. Can you comment on this?

I sincerely appreciate America: its culture, its people, and its values. However, when it comes to joint and musculoskeletal therapies, I observe that here they tend to stick to more traditional methods, which could benefit from exploring new integrative options used in other countries.

Common methods often focus on relieving joint discomfort, but their effect may be temporary.
